KONQUERED KOCKTAILS

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Uncle Nearest 1856
.5 oz Lillet Rouge
.5 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple
3-4 blueberries
DIRECTIONS
Muddle blueberries, combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with 3 blueberries and a mint leaf.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz - Bourbon
3/4 oz - Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz - Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
1/2 oz - Big O Ginger Liqueur
1 - Egg White
1/4 oz - Port Wine (topped w/)
DIRECTIONS

Make sugar syrup by combining Demerara/Turbinado sugar and water in a saucepan and bringing to a boil stirring continuously until sugar dissolves. Cool and bottle.

Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Add 5-6 ice cubes. Shake vigorously and strain into a short glass.

Add 1-2 ice cubes to the glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and a rosemary sprig.

.5oz The Big O Ginger Liquer
.5oz Orange Curacoa
.5oz Lemon Juice
.25oz simple Syrup
Barspoon Aperol
3 Dashes Orange Bitters
DIRECTIONS

Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.

Strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with an orange twist and a lemon twist.
